There's a huge story that's been a quiet force for a few years now, but I don't see any of it covered in the news.The media is far too busy with elections, wars, and riots to report on a group of people who's hearts and brains are bigger than the government that is trying to destroy them.
Even if the networks did report on these brave few, most people are more interested in the "new style" hats that Pharrell made famous by wearing on the red carpet and cost about a thousand dollars.
I just happened to see a sap, who was so easily manipulated by the pop culture propagandists, wearing one on Sunday.
There he is sitting INSIDE a restaurant wearing what looks to me like a Canadian Mountie Hat. (Those ridiculous hats that Canadian Mountain police wear.) I look over at a friend and ask, have you seen the dude with the hat? He replied, "oh yeah that's the new style." "I was gonna get one, but they cost a thousand dollars". "I just have to save up for it".
I was in awe.
Some people are truly suckers. How anyone can think that hat looks cool is beyond mentally challenging to me. The guy actually looked mentally challenged to me.
Anyway, this is not the point of this blog.
The point isn't about how distracted and ignorant we are or how much we don't care. I mean, those things matter to me and I'm trying so hard to help change that, person by person. But, that's taking some time.
I use this to hopefully reach a few more people at a time.

Jeremy Hammond is someone who has lost many years of his life for doing what was morally right. As he sits in a prison cell for exposing criminal activity, CEOs are still free to rape and pillage even after destroying people's lives and our economy.
If you don't know who Jeremy Hammond is, the article below explains why he's in jail. The documentary below that will show how he was put there.
Here's what I know about him so far and I swear it's absolute warrior courage. This kid didn't just fight from his computer. He took to the streets and started a revolution. Unfortunately, the mainstream media has suppressed it.
I'm not much, so I'm certainly not mainstream.
Jeremy Hammond is a political activist and computer hacker from Chicago. He was convicted and sentenced in November 2013 to 10 years in US Federal Prison for hacking the private intelligence firm Stratfor and releasing the leaks through the whistle-blowing website WikiLeaks.
Hammond founded the computer security training website, 'HackThisSite'. It's a non-profit organization that strives to protect a good security culture. In its first two years, the site got 2.5 million hits and acquired 110,000 members and a volunteer staff of 34.
As of September 2013, the website has a user base of 1,800,000.
During the 2004 DEF CON event in Las Vegas, Hammond delivered a talk that encouraged "electronic civil disobedience" as a means of protest against the annual Republican National Convention and its supporters. (You'll see this in the documentary)
Hammond has had his share of bracelets over the years.
During the 2004 Republican National Convention protest activity in New York, Hammond was arrested during a "drum circle".
During a march initiated by University of Illinois students on September 12, 2005, he was arrested when police intervened after twenty marchers occupied Wicker Park's Damen and Milwaukee traffic intersection.
Jeremy was arrested for protesting Neo-Nazi groups at the National Socialist Movement's December 10, 2005, rally in Toledo, Ohio.
He pleaded guilty to battery for getting into an altercation with anti-gay protesters and police while marching in Chicago's gay pride parade.
Goes to show you the extent of the media blackout and government oppression when it comes to this guy.
On December 7, 2006, Hammond was sentenced to two years in federal prison and three years' probation after pleading guilty to charges of breaking into the computer system of Protest Warrior, a group that aggressively targeted anti-Iraq War activists.
On March 25, 2010, Hammond was arrested for taking part in a confrontation with Holocaust denier David Irving. Wearing black masks, five people had stormed the Edelweiss restaurant in Norridge, Illinois, and "threw glasses and kicked over chairs" to drive out Irving's guests during which another restaurant patron was struck by a bottle.
On November 29, 2010, Hammond was sentenced to 18 months probation and 130 hours of community service for mob action, by Cook County Judge Joseph Kazmierski.
He and five others had been arrested on September 29, 2009, for tearing down a Chicago 2016 banner at Daley Plaza and burning it to protest the Chicago bid for the 2016 Summer Olympics.
This is the big one...
On March 5, 2012, Hammond was arrested by FBI agents in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago for actions related to the 2012–13 Stratfor email leak.
He is one of six individuals from the United States, England, and Ireland indicated.
The arrests were largely due to an FBI informant. This, of course, is the hacker called Sabu.
Oddly enough, Fox News in Manhattan was first to break the story based on "access to Sabu's handlers".
Not only did the FBI entrap this kid, they had Fox News ready for what's usually reserved for mobsters, 'the perp walk'.
Thirty-five of those eight are Americans and they are all tycoons of the finance, healthcare, insurance, retail, tech and oil industries, and they paid fortunes to lobbyists to maintain or increase their riches.
In essence 35 people, in one way or another, control every industry we depend on.We had a financial meltdown and everything kept going like normal, for them. Despite the poverty rate sky rocketing, the middle class dissolving and the small business owner defaulting, most people just kept on buying shit they don't need.
If that isn't being controlled, than I need someone to explain what that really means.
Movie tickets didn't stop selling. In fact box office records are being broken all the time. Sports events kept getting sold out. Restaurants, shopping malls and bars are still filled. And, I, as you, are pretty sure that over 90 percent of purchases are on credit cards, most can't afford to repay.
So the consumer credit industry just keeps getting richer. Mortgage companies took back homes and got richer. Every company that was "too big to fail" got richer, despite going bankrupt. That one last one is the worst of them all, because that was our tax money that was not just stolen, but announced that it would be and there was nothing we could do about it.
I mean the last two presidents, who are from opposing parties, told us straight up, "there's nothing we can do about it".
Jeremy Hammond sits in a prison cell because him and other brilliant and brave souls exploited cracks in systems to expose these and many other truths. These truths were crimes committed by our government, our media and our financial institutions.
I can't just sit on my ass and not do anything. I think if you're reading this, then you should be feeling the same way.
We need to start fighting back. Not with our fists, but with the fury of our minds and our mouths.
Time to hack back our planet!
