FPR Blog 84: News... Not So Much.

Allow me a minute to explain how I prepare for one of these…

It usually starts by checking my email, I subscribe to loads of news sites.

I don’t really have friends and I’m not on Facebook so I guess I’m a lonely person.

God, I just realized if I didn’t subscribe to news sites I wouldn’t receive any emails.

Anyway, I need many sources for my blogs & talk show. (Yes, disgusting time for a plug)

FPR Blog 83: California OUT. EPIC vs FBI. Kanye Off.

Cali OUT!

California is fighting for the right to flight…

They’re bringing things back to the beginning.

In a case that can only be described as bizarre or childish California wants out of the Union.

WTF!?... was my natural reaction when I read the headline.

FPR Blog 82: Adult Friend Finder Hacked & Tila is a Nazi

So, get this...

Adult friend finder was hacked.

For those of you who don’t know what this is, I can explain from experience.

It’s basically what it sounds like, except it takes a lot of money to get the membership that will guarantee you sex. But you can find some dirty mother fuckers on there.

For those of you who not only know about adult friend finder but have an account you may want to check this out.

This is what I know so far…

FPR Blog 81: Normality seems impossible in an Abnormal World.

For months now I've been sticking to a "normal" routine...

I wake up right before dawn and brew coffee.

While I wait, I take my meds and vitamins with a few gulps of water.

So coffee is made and I'm in the studio smoking a cigarette going through email. I check the site's status and set up the day's rotation.

6:00AM hits, I'm out the door...

FPR Blog 80: Breaking the Wall of the Mind and Mainstream News.

I have had the worse fucking case of what I call ‘blogger’s block’.

It’s just like writer’s block, but since I’m not really a writer, I can’t technically call it ‘writer’s block’.

Anyway, I don’t know what it is. It’s been months now.

I’ve written a couple things for the site, but nothing of actual value. Well, that Op Icarus blog was a hell of a hootenanny. Outside of that I’ve barely posted anything.

FPR Blog 79: Starting to Lose My Faith in Humanity & Society.

I've often said that I have a lot of faith in humanity.

I've always felt that the human condition was pure at the core and that certain circumstances corrupt good people.

Well, I still have faith in humanity, but it's slipping more and more every day.

Then add our society and I'm driven to the edge of insanity. No, that's wrong. Society is just making me sad.

Here a just a few reasons why society is disappointing me so much…

FPR Blog 78: Hillary Clinton's e-mail-Gate. The truth and nothing but...

On the morning of Saturday, July 2, 2016, Hillary Clinton had a sit down with “officials” of the FBI.

The interview was at FBI headquarters in Washington D.C. and by now we all know it lasted three and a half hours because the mainstream news media doesn’t stop mentioning it. Like if the length of time is going to convince people that this investigation isn’t a complete fraud.

Another thing that mainstream news kept mentioning was the e-mail probe or e-mail scandal.

It was originally referred to as a State Department Private Server which she claims she only used for “personal e-mails”.

FPR Blog 77: The Battle between Koch Bros & Wake County Schools.

Koch brothers attempt to take over and re-segregate the Wake County School System

If you don’t know who these guys are, I refer to them as the Kock brothers. Why? Well, when I see how their name is spelled I confuse the h with a k. Oooops...

Besides, they are greedy elitist, racist pigs. They also buy politicians and are doing their best to take over states by skewing local elections.

FPR Blog 76: Anon's 30 Day War on Banks. #OpIcarus Mission Accomplishments.

Op Icarus (#OpIcarus) is an Anonymous hacking operation.

Don't let the word hacking pressure or scare you into judging a book by its title.

Icarus and the other Anons that have hooked up with, Ghost Squad (#GhostSquad) are far from evil-doers.

Wait. Let me rephrase. They do evil shit to evil people, but just online.

They don't physically harm anyone they just delete them or make their online lives a living hell.

Think Dexter, but the online version.

FPR Blog 75: The Truth About the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Truth About the 2016 Election

The truth is that this thing's a sham...

I’m sure you’ve heard people say that our election process is rigged. But, never has it been so egregiously blatant as the 2016 presidential election.

Republicans are still trying to move Donald Trump out of the race even though he's the only candidate left.

FPR Blog 74: Panama Papers. Oh Boy!

What can I say about this that hasn’t already been said?

Oh, Wait. I know…

NOOOOOOOO REALLY!?

How this is a surprise to anyone is beyond me.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m cool with the leak. I’m a huge believer in whistleblowers and hackers releasing information that throw dirty politicians under the bus.

I just don’t understand the shock.

I also don’t understand the mainstream media’s coverage on this.

FPR Blog 73: OverWorked, Under-Paid and Unappreciated. Story of an Employee.

People are working over 50 to 60 hours a week on average.

I’m not speaking of people who run their own business or love what they do. An equation with those two factors equals a labor of love. This means it’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle.

I’m speaking of those who do not enjoy what they do. Even those who might like their job don’t want to waste their life on it.

Working hard does not entail 60 plus hour work weeks. That’s just an abuse of one’s work ethics.

That person who never says “no” or “I can’t” or “won’t” is usually the one you see come early and stay late.

Those people that will come in on Sundays because they’ve been “asked” to by their bosses aren’t saying yes because they love the company. They are saying yes because they’re afraid to lose their jobs.

FPR Blog 72: So, There's More Than One Phone the FBI Wants to Crack.

I only had one question as soon as I heard that the FBI couldn’t decrypt an iPhone. What the hell does our tax money go to?

This isn’t just the FBI, these are multiple agencies pulling their resources together.

This was a horrific act and it seems like an honest breach of privacy to find out what’s on their phone.

FPR Blog 71: Profiling People on Twitter. A Questionable New Government Project.

What is our government up to these days?

In the past, United States agencies have been involved in many illegal acts.

The clandestine community has had its fair share of scandals.

Allowing drug and gun trafficking to fund secret wars.

Economic hitmen to overthrow foreign leaders.

These agencies do not believe in the right to privacy, warrants, courts or our constitution.

How much farther can they go in this day and age?

FPR Blog 70: Indian Point, Lies we're Fed and the Resistance a Corrupt System.

I’ve never considered myself a news writer and I’m certainly no journalist…

I’ve never “faked it till I made it” or tried carrying myself as one. Though I’ve written close to a thousand blogs on a vast variety of topics, that doesn’t make me anything more than a blogger.

I’ve always been ok with that. I’ve never tried to write for anyone else. Again, I don’t think much of myself and have way too much respect for the people who go out there to report on important, issues that we need to know about.

Unfortunately, the news is just another form of entertainment via drama, horror, and bad comedy.

FPR Blog 69: Wikileaks is not done with the NSA just yet.

Julian Assange took to Wikileaks to reveal his latest leak, the NSA spy program.

You might be thinking this is old news, and you would be correct in thinking so. But, do you ever believe what the government tells you to be completely honest?

Do you believe that they are transparent when assigning a fall guy?

FPR Blog 68: So we started a Sound Cloud Account. Explanation inside.

Why the hell not. It can't hurt when trying to reach new people.

Besides this gives me a great opportunity to refresh an old blog.

JUST KIDDING. Well, kind of...

Last time I did a little weak online "press release". Only press release about it was the google docs format I used to write it.

This isn't that.

It's a chance to promote what I think is a good project.

So, here goes...

By the way, this blog is for anyone who most likely have never heard of this crap.

FPR Blog 67: Living and Not Liking What You're Learning

Reality. What a kick in the balls…

I have to say, no matter how crazy it sounds, I sometimes wonder if this is all real.

Can this life really be so bleak? Is it just a sad truth that society always disappoints? Friends turn out to be anything but. Loyalty is punished not rewarded.

I still don’t want to believe it, but the learning part of living is showing me that there isn't much in the way of kindness in this society. And that begins to change you.

I’ve been trying to understand the why, but I’m asking the wrong question to something I don’t even want the answer to.

FPR Blog 66: Disappointments.

Disappointment comes in all forms.

It can come in the form of someone you trust letting you down. It can be in the form of a parent or a child. It can come from a job in the form of a boss or a co-worker.

You may think the worst is when it comes in the form of a broken heart by the one you love.

No matter what disappoints us in our life it all feels the same; pretty shitty.

The worst isn’t your love leaving you. It’s not even being let down by a parent.

The worst disappointments for me come from me.

FPR Blog 65: Who, What and Why? Hello Friend.

It's been a long time since I've blogged. I've had what I call bloggers block. I don't consider myself a writer, so writers block doesn't apply to me.

When I started this project I didn't necessarily know what I wanted to do with it. I guess I was just being a child who couldn't let go of the blanky he's had since he was a baby.

It had been ten years of the previous project (fjs) and I had enough of it. I wasn't following up on anything. I wasn't broadcasting live anymore and I sure as hell wasn't writing.

So, when it was time to buy another decade of fjs I decided not to.

Unfortunately, I'm too crazy to sit still and not be creative. So not two days later I was birthing a new project. I knew I didn't want to do anything that involved the real world, so my only option was online radio, again.

FPR Blog 64: How do we know if we're in control?

How do we know if we're in control?

Are we just making the best of what comes at us, and that's it?

Constantly trying to pick between two shifty options.

Coke or Pepsi, McDonalds or Burger King, Hyundai or Honda.

It seems to all be the same blur. Just out of focus enough to give us the illusion of choice.
